As the situation around the COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are doing our best to carry on as usual and maintain some normality. We understand that not everyone has a choice to self-isolate and still have a need to get around London or safely courier their items.
In an effort to continue supplying London we have taken the step of reducing our driver’s rental fees by 50%, to give you as much access to travel when you need it. Our business is running as usual. We’ve taken several steps. We have communicated certain guidelines to our drivers and want to reassure you we are doing our best to provide a clean service, we know you rely on us and we’re taking action.
In short, we’ll keep London moving. Our guiding principle throughout this time is to ensure the livelihood and safety of our customers and employees. We will continue to monitor the situation daily, communicate regularly and ensure we do everything possible to maintain our support to you in keeping London moving.

My drivers pride themselves on how clean they keep their taxis on a daily basis and between each job. The drivers wipe all touched surfaces (like door handles) and seats after every job. In this current climate, if it is safe to do so, the drivers will also open the door for you to minimize contact.
