Yes, Sherbet has flexible on demand or pre-booking options including our customisable portal, iOs and Android app and phone. We would always encourage you to pre-book to guarantee your Sherbet Electric Taxi.
Only if the driver is already en-route / has arrived will you be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. The cancellation time and pickup location will be deciding factors in the final cancellation charge weight.
You can pay via card, opt in for a secure payment link to be sent to your email, or pay on the meter inside the taxi to the driver. Our card payment options are always at competitive fixed fares.
