We recently had the pleasure to work with Agenda Media International on a Taxi Advertising campaign for Embassy Gardens & Ballymore. We are pleased that our branded taxis are back this year achieving high visibility in the city promoting the new Ballymore development in Nine Elms featuring 35- meters high and 25 meters-long Skypool that seems to float in the air.
The heavyweight campaign also includes branded interior tip seats and PR activations.
We recently had the pleasure to team up with Evolve OOH on the Juniper Networks taxi advertising campaign – a perfect choice for innovation and technology-driven company. Our fleet of bright green taxis went live in line with London’s shops, hospitality, and offices opening timely welcoming people back to the city and promoting Juniper as a leader in Networking and Cybersecurity Solutions.

Our recent collaboration with River Island for store reopening on the 12th April 2021
Our bright yellow branded taxis with 3 different slogans were celebrating the good old days in 2019 when it wasn’t acceptable to wear PJs to work, and clothes went on your bottom half too!
Throughout the day, we provided exclusive VIP rides to and from the River Island store at Oxford Street. Influencers and journalists enjoyed their safe cab journeys driven by our brand ambassador drivers. Branded hand sanitisers were also available for passenger use. The whole event was widely shared on social media creating campaign buzz and generating massive engagement. Our River Island branded taxis complemented the campaign’s bright yellow theme perfectly contributing to the ultimate brand experience.

According to new data presented by The Guardian in the above graph, road traffic levels across outer London areas are now far higher than this time last year. The difference in traffic congestion compared with 2019 aligns with Sherbet’s recent Intelligent Telematics data which captures commuting and travel taxi movements and Sherbet Ride journey trends.
Sherbet owns our inventory, so we can offer a unique and effective advertising ROI with the right geography layering and up-to-date insight data. We track and report every taxi as it delivers a campaign through Intelligent Telematic journey data, digital photo recording, and GPS tracking. In particular, we’ve recently observed that our Geofence mapping journey movement data within key outer London hotspot areas such as Wandsworth, Putney, Clapham, Chelsea, Harrow, Hounslow, Walthamstow, and Ilford is increasing significantly across the last few weeks. This indicates that people are moving around the capital differently within the current climate. Taxis go where people go – the demand + geography reflect the demographic movements within our new norm.
The numbers of coverage across these outer London areas of focus are constantly increasing every day. Additionally, they mirror the Sherbet app journeys we are currently running including regular school runs, hospital appointments, film companies transporting crew and talent, business and corporate accounts journeys, airport transfers, and secure courier services.
A recent YouGov data (shared every 2 weeks) which analyses differentials in terms of behavioural changes and trends indicate that city workers and ABC1 audiences living in outer London areas favors taxi as a mode of transport, often noticing advertisments on taxis and they agree that OOH has helped them to become aware of new products and services.
Similarly, our customer statistics from Sherbet Ride indicate currently, the public prefers to choose Black Taxis over other forms of transport as they are a safer and cleaner way to travel with its purpose-built partition screen separating the driver from the passengers. This trend is very likely to continue making it a perfect opportunity for brands to reconnect and reach their audiences through the taxi advertising medium. We had a pleasure to team up with Taylor Herring on a fully integrated campaign launch for Samsung Galaxy S20 smartphone starring Lewis Capaldi.
Multi award-winning, creative agency Taylor Herring utilised our branded premium electric taxi to chauffeured the Scottish singer and team during a surprise ‘pop-up’ gig that took place in London’s Covent Garden on Saturday (15 February) where Capaldi performed unannounced to shoppers in Seven Dials Market.
A series of 30-second ads for Samsung aired over a single ad break during Brit Awards on ITV and tell the story of the surprise gig.
The first spot which features Instagram-style vertical filming, shows the star cruising around London en route to his gig in a wrapped London taxi. Capaldi then leaps into action with his surprise show from a balcony in the market hall for the two further spots and ends with the star leading a mass singalong of his number one Someone You Loved.
Our branded electric taxi was a part of an integrated campaign that included a secret gig, a big screen live feed, a Facebook live stream, and in-store activations.
